We aim for fairness and transparency in all our interactions. By booking a service with us, you agree to this policy.
2. Service Booking & Payment
When you book a service through our platform, you will be informed of the estimated cost. For certain services or in specific situations, an advance payment or a booking fee may be required. This will be clearly communicated before you confirm your booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Cancellation by Customer:
- **Free Cancellation (Before Mechanic Dispatch):** You may cancel any service request **free of charge** if you do so before a mechanic has been dispatched to your location. Please inform us as soon as possible via phone or our website/app.
- **Cancellation Fee (After Mechanic Dispatch):** If you cancel a service request **after a mechanic has already been dispatched** to your location, a cancellation fee of **[Specify Amount/Percentage, e.g., INR 150 or 25% of the estimated service cost]** may be charged. This fee covers the mechanic's travel time and fuel costs incurred.

3.2. Cancellation by MechanicServices24x7:
We reserve the right to cancel a service request in the following circumstances:

- **Mechanic Unavailability:** If a mechanic is not available in your area or cannot reach you within a reasonable timeframe.
- **Safety Concerns:** If the service location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, or if the requested service poses a safety risk.
- **Misinformation:** If the customer provides incorrect or misleading information regarding the vehicle or service requirement.
In case of cancellation by MechanicServices24x7, any advance payment made by the customer will be fully refunded.
4. Refund Policy
4.1. Conditions for Refund:
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- **Cancellation by MechanicServices24x7:** Full refund of any advance payment.
- **Overpayment:** If an accidental overpayment occurs, the excess amount will be refunded.
- **Service Not Rendered:** If, despite a confirmed booking and payment, the service could not be completed by our mechanic for reasons attributable to us.
- **Unsatisfactory Service (Case-by-Case):** If you are genuinely unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within **[Specify Days, e.g., 24-48 hours]** of service completion. We will investigate the matter and, at our discretion, may offer a partial or full refund, or a complimentary re-service.
4.2. Non-Refundable Situations:

- **Initiation:** To request a refund, please contact us with your booking details and the reason for the refund request.
